The Master Builder's Hotel
With beautiful views over the Beaulieu River and set at the end of the grassy street that is Buckler’s Hard village, it is difficult to imagine a more picturesque setting for a hotel on the whole south coast of England. What’s more, The Master Builder’s is located on Lord Montagu's Beaulieu Estate in the New Forest National Park and just a few minutes' drive from Beaulieu Palace House and the National Motor Museum.
As with the other gems in the Hillbrooke Hotels collection, The Master Builder’s offers rooms, a restaurant and a bar. Come for a relaxing short break of quirky but affordable luxury or maybe just a quick pint and a light bite in the Bar by the roaring fire in the winter. Bring the family and enjoy our Garden Bar & BBQ in the summer; or a celebratory meal in the restaurant at any time. Hold a conference in the Chichester Room or enjoy your wedding celebrations in a marquee on the lawn. Most importantly, relax and enjoy your time with us.
The Master Builder’s is also proud to take part in the New Forest Trust Visitor Gift Scheme. Founded in 2003, this charity is dedicated to securing the future of the New Forest for those who live in it and for those who love it, now and in the future. The Trust has funded many projects, such as a trial of reflective paints and stickers to go on ponies and donkeys' bottoms to make them visible at night and hopefully prevent animal accidents. You will therefore notice a £2 charge on your bill; this is a contribution to the Trust, but if you would prefer not to donate, please let Reception know and we will be more than happy to remove it from your bill.
