Harbourmaster's Cottage

The harbourmaster’s cottage sits across the village from Master Builder’s House and has expansive views of the Beaulieu River. With two bedrooms in the main cottage and a further lodge bedroom in the garden, and welcome parcel with food essentials (including bread, jams, butter, Marmite, milk and cookies) it’s the perfect spot for a self-catering getaway for family or friends. Henry’s pub is also within staggering distance…

This historic property with river frontage is located at Baileys Hard next to Beaulieu Village and a short stroll or cycle to the hotel.  

Set in a prestigious location on the edge of the Beaulieu River, this stunning former brickworks is full of character and is ideally situated for partaking in water based pursuits, with a popular activity centre to be found within walking distance.

Brickworks House

Located within the larger Beaulieu House, the petite Beaulieu House Annexe is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. A beautiful lounge downstairs with direct access to the Beaulieu House gardens and a huge bedroom, which can sleep up to 4 if you wanted to bring the little ones.

Henry Adams rooms

Cosy and perfectly formed, our smallest rooms are nestled along the corridors of the Henry Adam's wing and the perfect spot from which to spend time exploring the New Forest. The bathrooms have either fitted bathtubs with overhead showers or a walk-in shower.
