Exec chef, Liam, changes our menus as often he can, depending on what’s in season and what our local suppliers recommend. We work with some proper local heroes such as Lusso Leaf and New House game & Farmer’s Butchers all of whom are supplying outstanding produce.
The restaurant overlooking Beaulieu River serves only the very best produce from the surrounding area. Breakfast is light, hearty, or kick-started with spiced-as-you-like bloody Marys. Our dinner menu features star ingredients in classics, our own signatures and divine desserts.

The Crew Bar
ICE CREAM, BEER AND OCCASIONAL SUNSHINE
Our seasonal Crew Bar serves as an extension of Henry's Pub in the summer months, with the added bonus of Purbeck ice-cream ready and waiting.
Take your pick of food from the Henry's menu and enjoy a good selection of draft beers and cider and some handpicked wines overlooking the stunning Beaulieu River.
