Welcome This month we would like to welcome Igor Majercak onboard as our new Food & Beverage Manager, and wish him all the very best with his future at The Master Builder's. Igor joins us from the 4* boutique Harbour Heights Hotel in Sandbanks/Poole where he worked as Food & Beverage Manager. January Opening January 2012 at The National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, Bond in Motion will be the largest collection of James Bond vehicles the world has ever seen. The collection will feature fifty vehicles to celebrate fifty years of 007 movies. We will keep you posted with more information as its released. Enquire about our special James Bond overnight package for just £199.00 Dinner, bed & breakfast. Starting 29th of January we are offering a special Family Sunday lunch every Sunday in our Riverside Restaurant. Mervyn Cole will entertain children and adults between 12-3pm. Come and experience for yourself a different and quirky Sunday family lunch. Santa Claus came to town! Christmas came slightly early at The Master Builder's this year with a visit from Father Christmas, which just so happened to coinside with the day children for Beaulieu Primary School came by to decorate our Christmas trees (what perfect timing!) November The perfect place to tie the knot! On the 20th November we dressed our restaurant up in all its wedding finery for The New Forest Wedding Showcase, including wedding favours from Candilicious, and a cake that proved almost too tempting for some! Prospective brides took the opportunity to have a wander round, and a couple of brides loved it so much they booked straight in. With such beautiful views over Beaulieu River venues don't get much more picturesque.
Welcome on-board We would like to send a warm welcome to the new management team that have joined us at The Master Builder's - Adam Duebel has joined us as Head Chef. We wish him the very best for the busy (& prosperous!) season ahead. October Congratulations! We would like to send a massive thank-you and congratulations to Ashley Thomas, one of our hard-working waiters who was recently promoted. Ashley has worked with us for over a year, and having never failed to raise a smile during those super busy summers we thought a promtion to Restaurant Supervisor was suitably deserved.
August Maritime Art Exhibition Our annual Maritime Art Gallery Exhibition opened on the 31st July at 2pm. 15 pictures have been donated by MAG to help raise funds for the Lymington Branch of the RNLI. A Gala dinner will be hosted on Thursday 27 October 2011 in order to raise additional funds for this incredible Charity. Tickets are £35.00 per person.

July Food & Drink festival The 2nd and 3rd of July saw a fantastic weekend at the Master Builder's, with stalls from fantastic local suppliers of food, ales & crafts. The sound of jazz music filled the air on the Sunday, and there was even the opportunity to throw sponges at our Managing Director in the stocks for just £1! Both days were supplemented by a delicious BBQ, with tasty Pondhead burgers, and the sun even decided to make an appearance! We can't wait until next year!
