FOOD & BEVERAGE ROLES Waiters & General Assistants / Runners (Summer / Permanent) (available now) Experienced waiting staff for our A La Carte restaurant with 1 rosette and bar meals. Presentable and customer service orientated.
Runners for back of house duties, includes food and drink running and polishing glasses/plates etc. Bar Tender (Permanent) Experienced bar tender, with good customer service skills, and general beverage/drinks service knowledge for very busy indoor and outdoor bar areas
KITCHEN: Seasonal Commis Chef. Maybe you just want a summer job till you go to complete a Winter ski season? IF so this is the ideal job for you within a professional busy kitchen. Available starting NOW till October time. Live in available.
OTHER ROLES:
Night Porter Working 11pm - 7am, responsible for late night guests in the bar, check in / out of the hotel, security and safety, cleaning of public areas during the night and setting up the restaurant for breakfast.
